Companies, experts and institutions come together to share experiences and best practices
On 12 November, Blupura hosted the 2025 edition of the AILM event, dedicated to sharing experiences, methodologies and best practices in the field of Lean Management.
The meeting brought together managers, experts and professionals from some of the most prominent industrial companies in Italy, creating a day rich in dialogue and meaningful exchange.
The event opened with a welcome from our CEO, Gianni Grottini, who highlighted the importance of Lean culture in supporting organisational and business growth.
This was followed by Sergio Di Tillio, President of AILM, who introduced the session dedicated to guest testimonies from ISA S.p.A., Thales Alenia Space, Tetra Pak and Simonelli Group S.p.A.
The discussion was further enriched by academic contributions from Prof. Attilio Mucelli (Polytechnic University of Marche) and Baiju Khanchandani, Senior Expert, European Union Health Professions.
Representing Blupura, Maria Stella Gattari, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Luca Rivasi, Plant Director, shared the company’s journey towards continuous improvement – an evolution driven by a commitment to operational excellence.
The day concluded with a visit to our production facility, where participants were able to observe first-hand the processes, operational flows and key areas that underpin our manufacturing model.
Hosting the 2025 edition of AILM was a meaningful moment for Blupura – not only as the event’s venue, but also as an active contributor to the broader Lean dialogue.
It represented an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between companies, institutions and the local community, and to support the diffusion of organisational models oriented towards continuous improvement.
We would like to thank the Italian Association of Lean Managers and all participants for bringing energy, ideas and valuable insights to this edition.
