Yesterday, November 27th, we had the pleasure of hosting a training day organized by Kaizen Institute Italy, dedicated to sharing best practices and deepening the understanding of the Kaizen methodology. The Kaizen Benchmark Visit is an event open to professionals, companies, and individuals interested in exploring continuous improvement — a Japanese approach to process management that we successfully apply at Blupura, as proudly demonstrated by our recent Kaizen Award Italia 2025.
During the visit, our guests were guided through our production areas by Luca Rivasi, Plant Director, and Maria Stella Gattari, Continuous Improvement Manager, who showcased our production processes, presented the solutions developed over the years, and shared methods, ideas, and insights related to the adoption of the Kaizen approach. It was meaningful for us to recount our experience and demonstrate firsthand the changes we have implemented, with the hope that they may inspire and support those who wish to embark on a similar journey.
